Android phones are dominating the…

Android phones are in and are trying to dominate the smartphone market. Now that I think about it, they do have a chance at beating the iPhone 3GS especially the HTC smartphones such as HTC Legend and Desire. They have garnered very positive reviews from sites.

They both have wifi so if you need to know anything like eczema, then just google it on the web and you would know. These smartphones have such great user interface and also what everyone is raving about them is their fast performance and transition of applications. This is seriously making me consider getting one.

My hubby wants a new cellphone!

Its been a while since my hubby got his p990i and then after some time he gave it to me. Now, he wants the new G1 from T-Mobile or any phone that has a GPS receiver. His been eyeing it for a month now eversince it was launched. The one thing that makes him undecided is that, he doesn’t like the way it was designed. According to him, G1 looks like a plastic cellphone toy though he wants the color bronze or the white one but when he checked it at T-Mobile website, it is out of stock. So he is waiting for it.

But I don’t think he’s still going to buy this phone after he reads some short updates from other sites that I just visited a while ago and here’s what they’ve said: The phone is 4.6 x 2.16 x 0.63 inches, weighs 5.6 ounces, features a 480 x 320 HVGA display, sports 3G (obviously), GPS, has a 3.1-megapixel camera, supports up to 8GB of memory (though no format is mentioned), and will feature 5 hours of talktime with 130 hours of standby. Strangely, the phone won’t do video capture (what?), won’t have stereo Bluetooth, will require a Gmail account (this one is OK, we both have gmail account), and won’t be sold at stores outside of a 2-5 mile radius of T-Mobile’s 3G coverage areas. That last bit sounds a little odd to us, but we’re guessing a lot of the functionality of this device will be shot in non-3G regions.

Well, it is still up to him… I like the G1 though I hope he’ll get it :D
