Planning to go back to gym…

I gained so much weight during this Winter season. Remember when I went to gym last year? My weight went down right away by 10lbs but I gained it again and this time double the pounds I gained after giving birth. I really need to enroll my self in a fitness program. I noticed too during the past months, I’ve been eating a lot, I mean, my food intake is getting bigger and I can’t hold back in eating anymore. So since I can’t no longer change the amount of food I eat, I just need to exercise to balance my body system. I’ll just put it this way, I’m going to exercise not because I want to be slim or sexy or whatever but because I want my body to be healthy and in a balanced diet. I’m not getting any younger though most people I encounter think that I look like I’m in my 20s. I get frustrated sometimes because most of my fave jeans and dresses will no longer fit on me. I wish I can take some of the weight loss product without any doubts.
